Well done Morgan 👏 Great photo George and as Steve says nice looking cuts of meat too 👍
Two of Andy's boys were in Butchery for a while, his second eldest for quite a few years and qualified as a "Master Butcher" he packed it in as with a young family the hours became too much and he wanted more time with his wife and 3 boys. Sadly proper Butchers are another dying breed thes days as there are very few who cut their own joints anymore, most buy it in pre-prepared.

You can't knock that mate, he looks very nice, I hope he breeds well for you.
How many pairs are you hoping to breed from this year ??

Chris left the Butchers for a number of reasons. The owner was retiring. He had a chance to take it over along with another member of the butchers but decided as they had also recently moved with over a half hour journey to get to work it was a good time to make a change. He went to work with my eldest son Shane who has his own plastering business. Chris is self employed and does some of his own jobs. Earning more with less hours lol. Gavin has also moved away and got married last year.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
