feeling better

hopefully after a good 24 hrs i now may know what makes me very ill with the pain making me drop to the floor it's one off these

potatoes BOILED
salmon frozen
bottle water


may try jacket potato in a few days

at one time tap water did not agree with me so for 40 years been drinking bottle water last 24 hrs tap water and feel fine

George, it is great to see you being so positive about how you are doing, but we can see that you are still not 100% yet..

Good to hear you are feeling a bit better George. Sounds like it’s a bit of trial and error to find what you can and can’t get away with eating and drinking.

was fine after the potatoes i'm thinking after 40 years it's not a yeast problem but stones kidney or gall and for some reason bottle water flushes them out or could contain very fine stones

Could well be Gall/Kidney stones George, I believe either can make you feel pretty rough 😕😖 I think they are fairly straight forward to get rid of these days, are you having scans to check for either George ???
