You only get bull eyes with pied pigeons. It is a gene that dilutes the colours in the eye and feathers. This bull eye gene is linked to the pied gene so is why you only get it in pied pigeons. The more pied the more likely to have a bull eye. White pigeons will always have bull eyes.
