Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

I see that 1447 pigeons were timed from that trainer, so about 180 are missing, injured or aren't there for some reason. About 10% of the pigeons originally entered. That's probably about what you'd expect to lose from a big number of pigeons from all over the place.
Any loft that lost 10% of the young birds would probably think they were doing okay.

That doesn't sound like an unreasonable percentage to be lost at this stage, I'm guessing some of those would have been lost just around the loft, as well as from the first trainer !!
I need to lose at least 10% of mine or I'm going to need a bigger loft lol, and new neighbours :lol: :lol:

In fact they started with 1633 pigeons and say that 1632 pigeons are still on the system. So there may be some with issues that didn't go to that toss.
