killer is in Wollongong, south of Sydney, and he will be getting wet.
I am way south of there, about a 1000 kilometre drive, so we are well away from it and safe.

at first i thought you had finished for the season Andy she may well breed you a good bird I am going to keep the pair of eggs she’s sitting. She is a nice hen bred from the stock birds of John & Ben. She has paired to a full brother but will worth seeing how they turn out. I may just keep them...

Yes, poor little girl.
Fortunately it was not her head so much as the back of her neck and it was not very severe.
The calendula ointment is very soothing and healing. When the feathers grow back I don't think you will know it happened.
