Re: What can WE change.

They are the governing body King , how about they try something new & look into why so many pigeons are failing to get back to there lofts. This should be a priority surely investigation on there part, this year alone I'll say 4 weekends when the losses were horrendous, not a peep out of the CEO or ...

Re: What can WE change.

Rings shouldn't be available in November, December should be issued late February or March at the earliest, trying to get yb going in cold damp weather in the early part of the year is a joke as well as ob.
Organisations going to the same race point with half empty wagon from the same area ...

Re: What can WE change.

As individuals, we can not change a thing. Its a case of getting on with it and hope for the best. I am sorry to say, all this talk of change. Will fall on deaf ears, because that is the system that dont like change. We have to be real about this, so prepare well for another season of 2027.

Re: What can WE change.

If you keep on making the same mistakes year in year out your going to get the same result.
Ob racing should start much later starting to early when it's cold winds just to please members who want to fly the Channel & sending pigeons that haven't had adequate training to start with in Classic, BICC ...

Re: Fat Eye ( herpes)

Usually lasts around ten days with no intervention, make sure drinkers are getting disinfected regular and use chloramphenicol eye drops for relief and speed up sunlight reaction
so if it clears does it lie dormant so they are carrier's & then it starts all over again. Plenty of feedback from ...

Gordon bros racing yb

I see the partnership has been doing the damage again 2026 in yb racing, truly phenomenal results well done to them with multiple pigeons coming back into Northern Ireland, & only dropping 6 pigeons in 5 races now that what i call 100% dedication with results to match.

Re: YB Season 2026

This is going to be unsustainable if we don't change things.
Jmo we want pigeon racing to continue but to carry on doing the same thing every year & do the same again just because we've always done it like this then the outcome is grim.
