Thanks for putting this video on Devo, very interesting to watch and to see the Y/Bs getting vaccinated
How old are the Y/Bs when they get Vaccinated ?
Who would do the vaccinations ?
And are records kept to prove the birds have been vaccinated ?
Plus what is the cost say per bird for this ...

Aaaaaaarrrgggh. Had one die last night. :cry:
On handling some that have had it for 5 days now - I can't believe the weight loss. I have had birds fly 600+ miles come home with more weight on them.

Don't be fooled by it tho Chris. You don't just hsve a bit of ybs - you either have it or you dont!!
It is an airborne virus so if one has it, they will all have it.
In my experience they all tend to handle it differently, some are not to badly affected and others are real bad and can die.

i went to view my old loft today its in abit of a state i know its old now i think it needs a complete new floor and ofcourse its just covering in dust cobwebs and just grubby the paint work he did on the front is pealing off ect,

It's the same for and Transfers that have to be done on paper form, need to be paid for by cheque!
If you transfer more that 6 birds by by paper form, you also have to pay ...

Well done Dave. The weather has been terrible for any birds racing any sort of distance over the past week. Your bird done well to keep going.
The CSCFC were at Pau this past weekend. Liberated at 6.30am Friday. By last night only 10 birds had made it home from the 213 entered.
