I feel in todays world of the sport, nutrition plays a very big part. For preparing your birds for racing, taking into account distances wind directions and weather, You have to be at your level best and your birds performing,
The balance needs to be spot on. Just my thoughts.

For over a week, i have had this youngster turning up daily. I thought when it first shown up, it would have a feed and a drink. Then be on its way, but no. It lives in the tree in my garden, and comes down daily.
