I was converted to metric long ago, so 120 miles X 1.609 = 193 kilometres plus about 750 metres.
193750 metres.
Flying with a not quite tail wind, shall we say 1350 metres per minute. Thats 140.90 minutes
2 hours 20 and 54 seconds.

I'll have to have a look. I dont know where Phil's loft is in relation to Frome, or even where Frome is. Need to look at the expected wind direction etc.
