SNRF Upper Heyford
At Littlehampton we have 9 members sent 169 birds to our first race, its 82miles for me, in the Federation we have 47 members sent 947 birds. The weather at the liberation site is good, they are looking at a 9.15 liberation.
Good luck to all our members.
Good luck to all our members.

Re: what do you look for?
Pigeon men have a funny way of "adapting" (for want of a better word) We have far fewer members now than say in the 1980's but far more Clubs! It'd be fascinating to wind the clock forward 50 years and see what the sport looks like then I can remember what the sport looked like 50 years a...

Re: Good luck all
Our club Glastonbury have sent 296 birds to our first race. I’ve sent my team of 11 widowhood cocks. Sounds like some have been hit hard by bops during training. We had 9 members send 169 birds. It's the same here Andy, loses have been bad around their lofts and from training. Just heard that our F...

Re: Selection Criteria
Thanks for your replies all, some very interesting reading, again this is down to the individual and really does depend on what you want to achieve and how much space or time you have to do it. For me this year I just have far too many birds and everything that can race will have to be pushed to the...
