Just a quick note to apologies for not getting on much at the moment, unfortunately our Mum has been quite unwell for several months now including 3 weeks in hospital over Easter. Luckily Mum had 5 boys so between us we are all doing our bit, but her care is taking up a lot of our time at the moment...

I'll put a race report up tomorrow but my time for today was 3hrs 28mins 52secs.

My birds are fed the same all week, with a few extra treats on a Wednesday, basketing days they get a normal morning feed, and now that I try not to work on those days, they just get a light feed at lunchtime.

Some lovely looking birds and impressive performances too.
