They are in a routine im gunna continue road training them everyday miss Saturday road train them all next week and then try loft flying them they seem healthy just cant seem to keep them up

Either weigh it from 30g to 45g from Monday to Thursday
Or give them 30g a day then unlimited barley Monday to Wednesday
Thursday maize
Run VL energy through it Wednesday night Thursday morning when your at 100 miles plus say 20 per cent

My club races up to 150 ish miles we start on Saturday at bath 86 mile to my loft im trying out the beyers vandebeele mix currently my pigeons are eating it all up including the barley which they was leaving in previous mixes what would be everyone's choice for such short races?

I think you could get 10 good sprinters in a room Mark and 9 of them would feed a different way
