Just something to help and advice to members.
We know some members are getting a bit tired of “I’m not a robot” every time when logging in. This has to be there to stop spam and viruses appearing on the site. As a lot will know a while ago on the old site we had a lot of trouble with spam which sometimes when logging in meant that all the visible posts were spam. Buster in particular spent ages every day getting rid of them and banning the sites they came from.
So this is unfortunately a safety tool that has to be there. So as not to go through this process every time just come off the site without logging out. This is what I do. This means that every time you come back onto the site you are already logged in and don’t have to go through this process.
When coming back on just click on recent posts and everything is updates.
The other thing that does happen is that with a lot going on recent topics and recent posts soon drop off the right hand side quite quickly but if you just click on recent posts most recently added to topics should appear in the main part of the screen.
Hope this is of help. It’s going to take time to adjust to the new site and improvements are still being done.
Andy

I believe that is how hacking and phishing happens, think I'm ott at times but I'm very security minded, well I try to be, no real hardship to click on the security box each time anyway
thanks buster I don't do banking or buy anything on my laptop just have it for here chat and facebook
I am not using my phone or tablet to access the site most of the time. 99% of the time I am using a desktop, which we shut down at night. My wife shuts it down if she goes out. If I log on at work during a break, I log off again.
So, I am logging on several time a day.
It is tedious.

Murray.
I am going to see who gets sick of it first, me or the computer.
In the finish it will get sick and tired of asking me if I am a robot.
Or, maybe I should tell it that I AM a robot! That would confuse it!
Regards
Murray.
