Now I have joined the mnfc my goal is to time in from Bordeaux which is around 613 miles, will hopefully be sending the two cocks who did Poitiers with the bicc as yearlings at 506 miles both arrived on the day within a hour of each other, also want to improve in my fed were my best result was 7th this year.

Great to hear that you have still got some good long distance races to go for. I wish you all the best with your 2 cocks, you’ll have to keep us upto date with their preparation. Atb Andy

Thanks for the offer rainbow that would be great cheers . I prob will get some old birds as well My aim is for 2019 , I say latebreads as I don't no if my loft will be finished in time hopefully I can have it done by April just been so busy in work and the weather does not help but will see how it goes
I decided to start up again last year, I converted our 6x4 shed into my make shift loft.
I was given 4 late breds from my brother (Andy123), I bred from them this year and was gifted some youngsters from a local fancier, I lost a few to the hawks and a couple of flyaways so now have 17 pigeons to take me into 2018. Like you I have to get my new loft sorted before I can breed anymore, I hope to have this done by the end of January so I can start breeding in February. I do hope to get some racing in this year.
Best wishes mate.
